Evolutions offers a variety of programs that provide flexible and holistic solutions for personal fitness, both on and off site. At Evolutions, we have created a personal, comfortable and fun environment and we are dedicated to helping you with your fitness and lifestyle management goals.

We offer:

  • Private Sessions (train one-on-one with an instructor)
  • Semi-Private Sessions (two/three clients with one instructor)
  • Group Sessions (available by request)
