Sports Performance Training

Evolutions is excited to offer specialized Sports Performance Programming to local area athletes. Trainers at Evolutions work with small groups of athletes to assist them with the physical and mental training needed for optimal sports performance.

Our trainers focus on the fundamentals of maintaining a healthy body, including diet, exercise, technique, stretching, lifestyle management and injury prevention. Athletes will be exposed to traditional and innovative forms of training.

In today’s environment, we are discovering new and creative ways to develop the athletic body. For example, Pilates and yoga have been around for years and we are beginning to see the positve results in professional athletes around the world who add these disciplines to their weekly regimen.

Here at Evolutions, our Sports Performance Training program is limited to small groups of athletes to ensure that proper attention is provided to each student. This approach reflects our facility-wide commitment to safety, injury prevention and service that we provide to all of our clients.
