This program, developed and led by Instructor Nathalie King, has all of Annapolis talking, and with good reason. Bikini Body Boot Camp is a two week program of exercise, healthy eating, coaching and camaraderie designed to jump start your fitness routine and help you lose body fat and inches. Bikini Body Boot Camp

Evolutions has raised the ‘Barre’ on Bikini Body Boot Camp! Sessions incorporate our extremely popular Barre classes with Kelly Doub. Experience alternating days of cardio sculpting and barre (abs and legs). Choose sessions that are 3 days of Barre and 2 days of cardio sculpt or sessions that are 3 days of cardio sculpt and 2 days of Barre.


Session Information:

Offered four times annually – three 2 week sessions (January, September and November) and one 3 week spring session (May)

2 week Sessions $225 for members ($250 for non-members)

3 week Session $325 for members ($350 for non-members)

All Sessions Meet FIVE Days Per Week, Unless Otherwise Stated

Nathalie King and Kelly Doub will both instruct different portions of the class on alternating days. Be prepared to work with both instructors!

Times: 6:00am and 1:00pm

Advance registration for Bikini Body Boot Camp is required – space is limited to 14 per class with NO DROP INS. Interest in this program is very strong. If you would like to participate, please be sure to contact the Front Desk as soon as possible to secure your place.

Bikini Body Boot Camp is a two or three week boot camp. You will take 5 classes a week for two weeks. In addition, you will need to do 20 minutes of interval or HIIT cardio at 60 to 90% of your maximum heart rate every day for the length of the session. You will also have to follow a strict nutritional plan consisting of lean protein, vegetables, essential fats and protein shakes only. Delicious recipes are provided.
