Are you tired of your same old strength training routine and looking to try something new? This yoga workshop pairs challenging, strength building poses with lengthening stretches to train your muscles and your mind! Each of the 6 sessions will focus on a few muscle groups to strengthen and stretch your body during a vinyasa flow practice. This is a great addition to a strength and cardio routine and you will leave feeling strong and rejuvenated! No yoga experience is necessary. Led by Jennifer Irby, MS, CPT, RYT.
