Compliment and enhance your running program with this six week course focusing on imbalances created in the body by running.

Learn techniques to increase core strength and increase energy efficiency. Experience a variety of poses while targeting key muscle groups used for running.

Taught by Tina Lanzoni. Beginners are welcome!!

When: Thursdays, October 24 – November 14

Time: 6:00 – 7:15pm

Cost: $80
