The primary focus of this intensive is a hands-on study of each others anatomical range of motion (ROM) in the upper body’s complex shoulder trio (Humerus, Scapula, Clavicle) to help understand the more mysterious depths of the hips.
The study culminates in a truer understanding of the infinite variety of human bodies (from the bones up), an understanding of why every posture should be modified to the individual, and the basic techniques to help guide each Yin Yoga student with their unique skeletal structures into the appropriate asana for them.
Acro Yoga is a form of partner yoga which blends the elements of yoga, acrobatics and healing arts. This powerful practice cultivates a sense of awareness that nurtures connection, trust and communication. No partner necessary.
