The wall is one of the best props to use in your yoga practice.
- It provides support and resistance to help align the spine, pelvis and shoulders.
- It gives immediate feedback to increase awareness and nurture opening.
- It assists balance, helping beginners and those with injuries and functional instability.
- It teaches intermediate students to work with resistance for more effective strength training and stretching.
