Introduce your teenager to the practice of yoga! This four week class, led by instructor Lisa Wells and geared towards teens ages 10 to 15, will encourage self exploration of postures in a non-competitive environment.
By engaging in the practice of yoga, the student will gain a greater sense of body awareness, which increases coordination, strength, and flexibility while building self-esteem.
