Jennifer has been in the health and wellness industry since 2004 and specializes in vinyasa and yin yoga, high energy and endurance training, boot camp, wellness coaching and mood stabilization. She received her B.A from Johns Hopkins University in Psychology and her M.S from American University in Health Promotion Management. She is a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT, NSPA) and a Wellcoaches Trained Wellness Coach. Jennifer is a registered yoga instructor with the Yoga Alliance. She believes that the keys to success in health and wellness rely on the proper assessment of an individuals personality and physical body in order to develop an original plan that a client will stick to, and more importantly, enjoy. She is very interested in the interconnectedness of the mind, body and spirit as it relates to fitness, “I strive to help the client gain the skill sets necessary to feel confident and strong in their workouts and fitness endeavors. A training routine must target all three areas to be successful in the long run and a customized training approach enhances the probability of individual success and fulfillment.”
Jen lives in Annapolis. She is a mother to daughter Theadora and a wife to husband Ben. She enjoys traveling, endurance races, and spending time with her family. She also continues her education in yoga, fitness, health and motivation.
