A New Earth, Awakening to your Life’s Purpose by Eckhart Tolle

It’s officially summer in the northern hemisphere! With the shift in season, we are happy to introduce our 3^rd annual Summer Soul Series.

Each year at Evolutions, we aim to provide our clients with a memorable, meaningful experience that creates connection, evolution, and greater degree of mindfulness.

This year, we will be guiding our members through a Book Club of sorts! We will read “A New Earth: Awakening your Life’s Purpose”.

For 10 weeks, throughout Evolutions Annapolis, we will be infusing lessons learned with each chapter into our programs, especially in our yoga classes but also in cycle, fitness, pilates and more. Our blog will also feature articles with discussion points for each chapter.

Eckhart Tolle’s book will inspire us to detach and separate our ego from our identity, and awaken to the essence within ourselves in order to connect wholeheartedly with each other and the world around us! We will weave these messages into action in our classes and encourage discussion around these topics chapter by chapter.
