Breathe, bike and stretch! Cover all the bases with this two hour workshop. Begin with 30 minutes of pranayama postures to prepare your lungs for a 45 minute meditative ride to strengthen your heart and feed your mind. Finish off with 45 minutes of yoga with Resist-a-Ball to rejuvenate the nervous system and put a smile on your face! No experience is necessary.
