Delve deeper into the 6 principles of Pilates in this three week workshop to enhance your core connection and your power on the bike.
Each week includes 2 Pilates mat and 2 Cycleops small group training sessions that focus on two principles from the Pilates Method; Centering, Control, Concentration, Flow, Breath and Precision.
Perfect for the new participant to lay some solid groundwork or for the more experienced to explore how engaging from within can benefit personal stamina, strength, stretch and stability on the mat, on the bike and in all activities.
