Bikini Body Boot Camp BARRE
Evolutions has raised the barre on Bikini Body Boot Camp! This session will incorporate our extremely popular barre classes. Experience cardio sculpting on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, and barre (abs and legs) on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Bikini Body Boot Camp KETTLE BELL
Experience Kettlebells, Balls, Bands and more on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, and abs and legs on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.
Bikini Body Boot Camp BIKES AND BELLS
Experience spin on our state-of-the-art CycleOps bikes on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays and Kettlebells on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
