Evolutions offers a carefully crafted Group Fitness Program that includes formats to increase cardiovascular strength, stamina, muscular strength, endurance and improve coordination, balance, flexibility and core connection.

Evolutions clients have access to more than 100 fitness classes each week scheduled in our 5 designated studios and training areas. Classes are all capped with a maximum number of participants to allow trainers and teachers to offer individual guidance and to provide the best overall experience possible for each client.
