Bike to Run Training

Cycling + Running in the same workout?  Yes, you can do it!  Two disciplines in one training session is tough but very effective and beneficial especially with a coach and the support of a group.  If you’d like to learn how to do it or just want to experience cross training at it’s best, join Kate Grove for four weeks of Cycling + Running. Limited to 10 participants.

• Learn your personal training zones on the Cycleops Pro300
• Set up a TrainingPeaks account to upload cycling workouts to analyze and track training
• Learn how and why to train with a heart rate monitor while cycling and running

When: Mondays & Wednesdays April 8 – May 1

Time: 12:00pm – 1:00pm

Cost: $150
